And this is a very warm and friendly atmosphere. The staff is high quality, and they also have integrity. This practice is very personable. I think I have visited other practices that are just a little more mechanical. You’re kind of in, you’re kind of out, a little fast. They take their time here, and they give you quality service.

Dr. Kirchner is very careful, detail-oriented. He makes you feel safe. He makes you feel cared for. I would say the quality of care, I mean, it’s excellent. Also, the integrity. Integrity and character is very important in an office and in leadership. And Dr. Kirchner is a very good leader. And he has high character and integrity, and that reflects down into his staff. I believe trust is something that needs to be earned.

And from my experience, I have been here long enough to be able to say that it is a very trustworthy practice. They are high quality, high integrity, high care. You’re not gonna be rushed in, you’re not gonna be rushed out. You’re gonna be cared for on a detailed level, and they’re very equipped. You can’t go wrong coming to Dr. Kirchner.

They take care of you

I love coming to Kirchner because their staff is friendly. They’re very knowledgeable. They always make you feel comfortable and take care of you. In this practice, over the others, I’ve never had any issues. If I need to get in for an issue, they get me in quick and get me out quick, and treat me like family.

And I see Dr. Switzer, she’s got a great personality. She’s always making me laugh and smile. Even whenever she’s got her hands in your mouth, you’re still trying to laugh because she’s just so funny. And she sings, and she’s just a great person to work with. Each visit, it’s always good. They’re never really behind.

Whenever they say your appointment’s at noon, you’re seen at noon. And they get you in and get you out so you don’t have to worry about being late for the rest of your day, or whatnot. Kirchner Dental, they go above and beyond. I mean, if you’re a new patient, they’ll take care of you, get you what you need, and get it done quick.

I like what they do for me

I met Dr. Kirchner and his wife at a networking event here in Southern Indiana, and I really just was drawn to them. They seemed very energetic and you just kind of wanted to be around them. So I switched from the dentist that I was currently going to and started going to his office.

And I just feel like he’s just very honest with me. When I’m there, he gives me the care that I need and not try to push anything extra on me, or anything like that. And he has the ability to do many different things. I do all my cleanings and fillings when needed in crowns.

And, you know, I actually had an implant, you know, somewhat recently. And they got it all taken care of. So he’s sort of a full-service, you know, guy right now, all those people always have smiles on their face. And, you know, I like my hygenist, and I like him and Dr. English. And, you know, I just really like what they do for me.

You’ll feel safe and comfortable

I came for a cleaning and they examined my teeth and they could see that some of my cavities were older and needed to be refilled, replaced. And some of them needed crowns and that’s what they recommended and I trust their service. So, that’s what we did. And my crowns seem to be high-quality crowns and they’re working great. I know Dr. Kirchner in the office and out of the office, and he is the same person, the same person of integrity. So, I feel really good about telling a friend or a stranger to come and see Dr. Kirchner. The service will be quality and you will have integrity in your service, and he will make you feel safe and comfortable.

Flexible and accommodating

So, my kids have come here for cleanings and unfortunately, a couple of cavity fillings and they’ve gotten good quality service as well. They are very comfortable with Dr. Kirchner. They’re very comfortable speaking with him and just visiting in general, which is really good when kids feel safe with their dentist. So yes, we’ve also received high-quality service for my children. And my daughter is so comfortable with him. She keeps asking me to let him do Invisalign on her. We’ve had a couple of times…we’ve had to cancel and move around and they’ve been very flexible and accommodating. So, it is a place you can bring your whole family to: mom, dad, kids. He does it all. And he does it all very well.

They’ve been so accommodating

Earlier this week, my mom was feeling some tooth pain. And she decided that she needed to call and make an appointment. So, you know, she called and made an appointment, then figured out which one of us brothers was gonna take her to the appointment. So, you know, we gotta go to the assisted living facility, and pick her up and get her in her wheelchair. And get her out, and her get her into the thing and get her to the facility.

But when you get to the facility, there’s a nice ramp. There’s handicap accessibility. You know, someone helped me open the door, you know, when I was there getting her in. And that was a short last-minute appointment just to get her in there because she had tooth pain and needed to get it looked at. So, when we were in there, they got her back quickly.

When we were in there, Dr. English looked at her. And they decided she wasn’t taking as good care of her teeth probably as she should have. So, then they had to get a hygienist involved, and normally that’s an appointment and you gotta work it in. But they were able to work in my normal hygienist with her, and got her taken care of immediately that day.

You know, that kept us from making another appointment and having to do that whole thing again. So just that accommodation and understanding how difficult that is to get her in and carter her around, and do all that stuff. You know, it’s…they understood that. And they went out of their way for me and got that all done in one day instead of multiple appointments and all that. So, that’s, you know, that’s worked out really well for me.

So pleased with the service

I love coming to Dr. Kirchner’s office because they offer everything. You get the whole grocery store when you come here. I’ve had a lot of different things done other than just your basic cavities being filled, and things like that. I’ve had an implant. I have had Invisalign, whitening, and just really pleased with the services. The girls are great and not ever had a bad incident at all.

They offer so much. You don’t have to go to other places to get different things done. Just their kindness, their interest in you. And it’s just a nice place. You don’t have… I guess I feel at home there. I actually can go to sleep when they’re working on me. They laugh about it, but that’s how comfortable I am.

They answer my questions, they take time. Sometimes I’m worried that I take up too much time because there’s other people there. But they don’t rush me through anything and they don’t stop until I’m comfortable and my questions are answered. At Dr. Kirchner’s, they take good care of you. They treat you like family. And it’s just a great experience.

I’ve never been uncomfortable

As far as the crowns are concerned, I’ve had a couple of teeth that, through the years, have had multiple cavities. And I think naturally they maybe had a little bit of a deeper crevice in them and, well, that cracked eventually, and stuff like that. So I had cracks and multiple cavities, and in order to save that tooth, it was recommended that I get a crown.

So the crown process here is very nice. They do ’em all in-house, and it’s kinda, like…you know, they’re accurate. They fit well. And they’re done in-house to where they’re very prompt, and it makes it easy. Well, first of all, I’d say that he’s really only gonna push the crown on you if you truly need a crown. So he’s not gonna just try to sell you a crown if you don’t really need it.

Second of all, it’s gonna be done in-house. It’s gonna fit accurately. And he does a very good job managing any pain that would normally happen during this. And, you know, I can’t really say I’ve ever been uncomfortable during any process, you know, here with Kirchner.

I’m really happy with the result

Well, with the dental implant, that was kind of my fault. I didn’t follow Dr. Kirchner’s orders to get a crown on a specific tooth when I was supposed to. And what happened was it actually cracked on the first day of a cruise that I went on and the whole tooth came out. So when I got back to Dr. Kirchner’s, he had nothing to grab onto. But in order for him to put an implant in my teeth had to all be straightened, so they weren’t shifted.

So I wore Invisalign for a while. And recently Dr. Switzer was able to finally put the implant in. She did a great job. I never felt any pain at all, a great job. I’m very happy with it. Well, as far as getting an implant, first of all, it was exciting because I had a hole right here for about two years.

They made sure that the shade was exactly like the shade of the rest of my teeth. And they were very diligent to make sure that it was going to fit perfectly. And that’s a real tight measurement. So, I was really, really happy with that. Didn’t feel a thing. I’m happy with the results, I really am.

I’m so glad I got it done

Invisalign was actually a result of something that I did not do, that Dr. Kirchner told me to do. I had a tooth that was cracked up here, and it needed a crown. I had just gotten a crown, and I said, “I’ve gotta take my chances. I don’t wanna spend the money.” Well, when on vacation, on a cruise, that first day, that tooth broke.

And so, when I got back home, there was nothing to grab onto to put an implant in there. And now it’s been over two years now, and I finally have the implant. But in order to do that, I had to wear the Invisalign to get my teeth to be straight, top and bottom. But along with that, my teeth became straighter. The ones that were crooked are straighter, and I really like the results. Probably should have listened. But in the long run, I’m really glad that I had it done.

You won’t feel a thing

With Dr. Kirchner, getting a crown is equivalent to getting your teeth flossed. You don’t feel anything. I know years ago, if you had to get a crown, it was a scary thing, and it hurt. But it’s an absolute pain-free process, and I’ve never been disappointed with them. I’ve had a few. Well, with Dr. Kirchner, everything is explained before anything is done, which is great.

So it takes away a lot of the fear. You can relax and be comfortable. Very happy with the outcome. I actually I am caught up. I don’t have any work pending on my teeth right now, and I’ve had people tell me how nice my teeth look. So, and I’ve never heard that before. They were crooked. But I… People have made comments, and that makes me happy.

Well, with Dr. Kirchner, the nice thing is, is he’s got a mix of employees that specialize in various things. And so you really don’t have to wait very long to have anything done. They’re very specialized. They do a good job. And I’ve never had a bad opportunity, really. You don’t have to wait long in the waiting room. Yeah, I’m just a very happy patient of Dr. Kirchner’s.

It’s going to be a great experience

I think people would like this practice because it’s friendly and the staff, especially, like, the hygienists and the assistants, really try to make you feel welcome. They go out of their way to make sure you understand what’s going on with your dental hygiene. So, they make you feel like you understand what’s going on in regards to your treatment plan. I think they really care about giving you the best service.

Well, it’s very comprehensive. They can cover so many things, not that I’ve had them all, but they do the typical cleaning, they do crowns in the office. So that’s really convenient. You don’t have to make two visits. And they do, of course, fillings, and they do implants. They just do so much here that it’s very comprehensive. And I can get a lot of things just at one location and sometimes within the same visit.

I think the quality of care is outstanding. I see how they collaborate with each other just to get help or just to verify that their line of thinking is on point. So I think that speaks to the quality. They explain things very well, and in my understanding. They are just friendly, and helpful. And they try to meet the needs of the person in the chair in a way that is comforting. I think first-time patients or the ones with anxiety would like this practice.

I know that they use nitrous. And so, that helped ease people’s mind. I’ve heard people in the chair that seemed to be relaxed because of that, as well as taking appointments slowly, maybe not doing a full appointment at one time. So, I think new patients would appreciate that, or especially the ones with anxiety. They are just wanting to make sure everyone has a great experience.
