Dr. Molly Reilly brings warmth, skill, and a genuine love of people to every visit. She started practicing dentistry in 2025 and joined our practice in 2026, ready to help patients feel calm and cared for from the moment they walk in.
Dr. Reilly’s path to dentistry started early. In high school, she took ceramics classes and fell in love with working with her hands every day. That creative spark stayed with her, and she soon realized she wanted a career that blended medicine with hands-on artistry. Dentistry turned out to be the perfect fit.
She earned her Bachelor of Science in biology from James Madison University, then went on to complete a master’s degree in biochemistry and molecular biology at Georgetown University. She continued her education with a Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Louisville School of Dentistry. To sharpen her skills further, she completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency at the Medical University of South Carolina.
Patients love Dr. Reilly because she takes the time to truly listen. She wants every person in her chair to feel heard, understood, and at ease. Her gentle touch and caring approach help even nervous patients relax during their visit. She believes a trip to the dentist should feel calm, not stressful, and she works hard to make that happen for everyone she treats.
She loves caring for people while using her creative side. Building treatment plans that match each patient’s goals brings her real joy, and she takes pride in creating a safe, welcoming space where patients feel comfortable.
Outside the office, Dr. Reilly enjoys reading, needlepoint, and Pilates classes. She loves spending time with her husband, Devin, and trying new restaurants together. Their family also includes Connor, a tuxedo cat Dr. Reilly rescued in 2017.
